In-Home Services
Includes the removal of one mattress set including:
- 1 mattress and box spring or
- 1 mattress and Sleep Number base (i.e. modular base, integrated base, Sleep Number adjustable base)
- There may only be 1 mattress disposal purchased per Smart Bed delivered.
Excludes:
- Headboards, frames, and other furniture
- Non-Sleep Number adjustable bases
- Moving or removal of any beds infested with bed bugs or unsafe due to extreme soiling
- Waterbeds or waterbed inserts
- Duvets or foam toppers
Our technicians will relocate your bed to another room within the same home. Includes a single mattress and/or base set:
- Technicians will move your bed from one location in your home to another.
- Technicians will set up your bed to your specifications.
- Technicians will perform a bed setup checklist.
Excludes:
- Does not include moving a mattress and/or base set outside of home unit.
Our technicians will disassemble your smart bed. Includes a single Sleep Number mattress, base, and/or furniture set:
- Technicians will remove your mattress from the base and cap the air chambers to prevent air loss.
- Technicians will remove the head and foot rails and disconnect wiring and power.
- Technicians will remove your mattress attachments and consolidate for transport.
- Technicians will bag your mattress.
- Technicians will place mattress/base parts where requested within your home.
Excludes:
- Does not include boxing or wrapping unless moving materials are provided by you.
- Technicians will unpackage and reassemble your bed
- Technicians will set your bed up to your specifications.
- Technicians will connect SIQ.
- Technicians will perform a bed setup checklist.
Excludes:
- Does not include non-Sleep Number bases or furniture.
- Does not include assembly of Sleep Number bases that have been taken apart beyond Sleep Number warranty.
In certain test markets, different delivery options are available. If your needs change once the technician is in your home and service is not included in the delivery option purchased, you are able to upgrade by selecting the Inhome Service or applicable service.
