The Sleep Number^® smart bed mattress and Sleep Number Climate360^® smart bed mattress are collectively referred to herein as “mattress.” The Sleep Number^® Total Protection Mattress Pad and Sleep Number Climate360^® Total Protection Mattress Pad are collectively referred to herein as “mattress pad.”

This limited warranty provides coverage only when you purchase and use the Sleep Number® mattress pad that corresponds with your Sleep Number® mattress (e.g., you must use a Climate360^® Total Protection Mattress Pad with a Climate360^® smart bed mattress).

What is the warranty term?

Ten years from the date of purchase of the Sleep Number^® mattress if the corresponding Sleep Number^® mattress pad is purchased within five days of the purchase of the mattress.

Do not remove the law label attached to your products. This label identifies your product as being a genuine Sleep Number^® product and may be required to establish warranty coverage.

Where does this warranty apply?

This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased and used in the United States excluding its territories and possessions (e.g., Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands). It is not applicable to claims for products purchased or used in any other country at any time. Transportation or use of your mattress pad outside the United States, including transportation or use in any U.S. territory or possession, will void this warranty.

What are the limitations on this warranty?

How do I file a warranty claim?

How are disputes resolved?

We hope to never have a dispute with you. In the unlikely event of a dispute with respect to this warranty or its validity or enforceability or any other dispute, action or controversy between us that relates to or arises out of the product you purchased, the transaction related to that purchase, or this warranty, whether in contract, warranty, tort, statute, regulation, ordinance or any other legal or equitable basis, including without limitation causes of action arising out of data breaches (including claims resulting from alleged actions of our vendors and contractors) (a “Dispute”), you and we agree that such Dispute shall be resolved according to these alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”) provisions.

Trial by Jury and Class Action Waiver: By purchasing the Sleep Number product to which this warranty is attached, you understand and agree that except as provided herein, you have waived your right to have your Dispute with us resolved by either a jury or bench trial. We have waived our right to a jury or bench trial as well. You also understand and agree that you have waived your right to participate in any litigation related to your Dispute on a class basis or as a class member.

Fundamental Fairness: Sleep Number supports the proposition that all parties to a Dispute that is subject to these ADR provisions are entitled to a fundamentally fair process and hearing. Toward that end, Sleep Number intends these ADR provisions to fully support the Consumer Due Process Protocol as published by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). Each party shall be given adequate notice of hearings and an opportunity to be heard and to present relevant evidence.

ADR Administrator and Rules: Unless we both otherwise agree in writing, any mediation or arbitration under these ADR provisions of this warranty shall be administered by and pursuant to the non-binding mediation or binding arbitration rules of the AAA concerning consumer-related disputes in effect at the time a case is filed. Information on these rules can be found on the AAA website (www.adr.org) or by contacting the AAA at (800) 778-7879.

ADR Process: Except in the case of a Small Claim, as defined below, you agree that any and all Disputes between us shall be submitted first to non-binding mediation. If the Dispute is not resolved through mediation, you may then submit the Dispute for binding arbitration. Further information on the ADR process may found on the AAA website (www.adr.org).

Restrictions on Arbitration: Disputes shall be arbitrated on an individual basis. You have no right to or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class action basis or in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or other persons or entities similarly situated. The arbitrator’s authority to resolve disputes and to make awards is limited to Disputes between you and us alone. Furthermore, disputes brought by either you or us against the other may not be joined or consolidated in arbitration with disputes brought by or against any third party unless agreed to in writing by all parties. No arbitration award or decision on any Dispute shall be given preclusive effect as to issues or claims in any dispute with anyone who is not a party to the arbitration. Should any portion of this paragraph be stricken from this warranty or deemed otherwise unenforceable, then this entire ADR section shall be stricken from this warranty.

Small Claims: If your Dispute is for damages of less than the jurisdictional limit for claims made in small claims court where you live (a “Small Claim”), you may elect to file your Small Claim on a non-class/non-consolidated/non-representative basis in such small claims court instead of submitting your Small Claim to the AAA for mediation or arbitration as required by this warranty. If your Small Claim is unsuccessful in small claims court and you wish to further pursue your Small Claim, you agree to submit Your Small Claim to the AAA as a Dispute for binding arbitration but not mediation under this warranty.

Costs and Fees Imposed by AAA: You may be required to pay a filing fee when you file your Dispute with the AAA. There may be no fee to file a request to mediate with the AAA, but there is generally a filing fee required to file an arbitration request. You should contact the AAA to determine what the filing fee is. The AAA also charges certain administrative costs and expenses related to a mediation or arbitration. For example, the mediators or arbitrators selected by the parties will need to be paid for their time and related travel expenses (if any). Except in cases where the mediator or arbitrator determines that your Dispute is baseless, frivolous or was filed with the principal purpose of being vexatious or to annoy, we will be responsible for paying all other fees or expenses related to the mediation or arbitration as imposed by the AAA above and beyond the filing fees imposed on you by the AAA. You are responsible for paying your own attorney’s fees if you choose to be represented by an attorney, as well as other fees, costs, and expenses related to preparing your case for mediation or arbitration.

Right to Representation: During the ADR process (either mediation or arbitration) you have the right, at your own expense, to be represented by an attorney. The choice of whether to retain an attorney and the costs and expenses of such attorney are entirely yours.

Initiating the Dispute Resolution Process: Please contact your local small claims court clerk for instructions on submitting your Small Claim to the small claims court. To submit your Dispute to mediation (initial claims) or arbitration (appeals), please contact the AAA.

Selection of Neutrals: Any mediation or arbitration filed with the AAA will be heard by an independent and neutral third party (a “Neutral”). As part of the ADR process, all parties are entitled to a Neutral who is independent and impartial. Toward that end and pursuant to the AAA rules for the selection of a Neutral, each party will be provided with a list of available Neutrals by the AAA. Each party will be entitled to strike those Neutrals the party deems unacceptable. The parties shall then rank the Neutrals remaining on their list. The AAA will select the Neutral from the names remaining on the list starting with the highest mutually ranked Neutral.

Location of Mediation or Arbitration: In the case of face-to-face proceedings, such proceedings will be conducted at a locale that is reasonably convenient to each party with due consideration of each party’s ability to travel and other pertinent circumstances. If the parties are unable to agree on a location, the location will be selected by the Neutral.

Nature of Hearing: In some cases, the Neutral may find it more expeditious and/or less costly to render an opinion based on written submissions only (no hearing) or based on a hearing conducted telephonically. The Neutral shall always have discretionary authority as to whether to require a face-to-face hearing at the request of either party.

Remedies and Awards: The Neutral shall be empowered to grant whatever relief would be available in court or in equity. In the case of arbitration, the decision of the Neutral and any award granted to either party shall be final and binding but subject to review in accordance with applicable statutes governing arbitration awards. In making the award, the Neutral should apply any identified, pertinent contract terms, statutes, and legal precedents. The Neutral shall also provide a brief written explanation of the basis for any award at the time it is made.

Sleep Number^® smart bed, FlexFit^TM adjustable base, and integrated base 1-year full warranty, 15-year limited warranty

Sleep Number Corporation (“Sleep Number”) warrants its mattresses, adjustable bases, and non-adjustable integrated bases against defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for a total period of fifteen (15) years from the date of original purchase consisting of a Full Warranty during the “First Warranty Year” (the time period between the original purchase date up to, but not including, the first anniversary of the original purchase date) and a Limited Warranty thereafter. This warranty extends to: (i) all Sleep Number^® smart bed mattresses (“Smart Beds”) except those marketed as Climate360^® smart beds (inclusive of mattress and smart adjustable base, collectively, a “Climate360^® smart bed”) or Sleep Number 360^® smart beds (“360^® smart beds”), (ii) FlexFit^TM adjustable bases sold with Smart Beds (“Adjustable Bases”), and (iii) Sleep Number integrated bases (“Integrated Bases”) (collectively, Integrated Bases and Adjustable Bases are referred to as “Bases”) purchased on or after April 11, 2023. This warranty also applies to the Smart Control system that adjusts the firmness of your covered Smart Bed or Adjustable Base.

This warranty does not apply to: (i) 360^® smart beds, (ii) FlexFit^TM adjustable bases compatible with or sold with 360^® smart beds, (iii) Climate360^® smart beds; (iv) the Sleep Number^® smart remote control, which is sold separately and is covered by a separate warranty; (v) SleepIQ^® technology, including any SleepIQ^® application functionality or SleepIQ^® reports, the use and function of which is governed by the SleepIQ User Agreement available on our website at www.sleepnumber.com/pages/sleepiq-end-user-agreement; or (vi) bedding, furniture or other products sold by Sleep Number.

What will we do?

During the First Warranty Year, Sleep Number, at our sole option, will repair, replace, or refund the warrantied product or part due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use and service. During the First Warranty Year, any covered repairs or replacement parts and the associated labor of our technicians, if such labor is necessary, will be at no cost to you. During the First Warranty Year, the warranty may be voided if you perform your own repairs, use third-party parts, or use a third-party repair service.

Sleep Number reserves the right to substitute products or parts of comparable quality and value or, where permissible by law, to use or deliver refurbished or recertified products or parts in the repair or replacement of any product or part that does not come into contact with the outer sleeping surface of the Smart Bed (e.g., the Smart Control system or the air chambers) under this warranty. If the warrantied products or parts are no longer manufactured or available and no other products or parts of comparable quality and value are available, Sleep Number reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to satisfy its obligations hereunder by refunding the fair market value of the warrantied product or part. Such refund will not include incidental expenses including original service and delivery fees.

How is warranty coverage calculated after the First Warranty Year?

After the First Warranty Year until the fifteenth anniversary of the date of original purchase, any repair or replacement cost is prorated and will be calculated by multiplying our then-current prices for the product or part (or a comparable product or part if the original product or part is no longer in production) by the percentage of such cost that you are responsible for paying for such product or part as follows:

Example: If Sleep Number receives notice of a valid warranty claim during the 4th year after the warranty commencement date, and if Sleep Number’s then-current retail purchase price for a replacement part is $200, then the price Sleep Number would charge for the replacement part would be $90 (which is 45% of $200) plus applicable taxes, shipping and handling fees, and freight charges for return of the defective part and delivery of the replacement part. Again, you would also be responsible for any labor and other services for removing the defective part and installing the replacement part.

What costs does this warranty cover?

Depending on the timing of your warranty claim, you may be responsible for the cost of returning the warrantied product or part to us. This may include the cost of returning the entire product to us. Pick-up service may be available at your cost. In some cases, pick-up service at your cost may be the only option available for returning a covered product or part to us.

If your claim occurs during the First Warranty Year, we will incur both the cost of returning the warrantied product or part back to us or to you, as well as the cost associated with the transportation, inspection, removal or installation of the warrantied product or part. At no time will we be responsible for any incidental expenses or costs incurred by you related to or arising from warranted defects in or the performance of the product. If your claim occurs after the First Warranty Year, shipping of products or parts related to your covered warranty claim will be at your expense in both directions and the warranty will not provide coverage for the cost associated with the transportation, inspection, removal or installation of any product or parts. After the First Warranty Year, the responsibility for the installation of any product or part replaced under the remaining limited warranty and any related installation costs are yours regardless of the pro-rated cost to you for the repaired or replaced product or part. In some instances, installation services may be available at your additional cost. This warranty also does not include reimbursement for inconvenience, removal, set up time or loss of use.

Who does this warranty provide coverage to?

During the First Warranty Year, this warranty provides coverage to any consumer who owns the warrantied product and can provide proof of the original purchase date through providing either of the following pieces of information: (1) the original receipt; or (2) the original purchaser’s name, delivery address, and date of original purchase. For the purposes of this warranty, an “original purchaser” is a consumer who purchased the product directly from Sleep Number for personal, household or consumer use. This warranty only applies to customers who purchase the product directly from Sleep Number for personal, household or consumer use. This warranty does not apply to products purchased for commercial purposes. After the First Warranty Year, the remaining fourteen years of limited warranty does not apply to products purchased for commercial purposes, with the intent to resell or through unauthorized resellers including, without limitation, third-party websites such as Craigslist, eBay, Amazon, or Alibaba. This warranty does not apply to the purchase of any display model products. If you are not the original purchaser, the warranty will follow the product during the First Warranty Year, but you understand that SleepIQ^® technology is not a part of this warranty, may not be transferred to a new owner, and therefore may not be operable for you. After the First Warranty Year, the warranty provides coverage only to those customers who owned the warrantied product on the first anniversary of the original purchase date, and the remaining limited warranty is no longer transferable after that date.

What claims are excluded from this warranty?

Your warranty excludes claims for conditions arising from normal wear and tear including but not limited to Smart Bed cover compression, foam compression, discoloration of parts or normal body indentations. This warranty does not provide coverage for claims related to comfort preference (e.g., “The bed feels too hard/soft”). Damage caused by self-repair, using third-party parts, or from third-party repair services is excluded hereunder and will void this warranty. Damage caused by using the product in any manner that is inconsistent with applicable owner’s guides, user manuals or other operational instructions or from laundering or dry-cleaning the product or any part thereof as well as damage caused by misuse or abuse including but not limited to stains, soil, burns, cuts, tears, or spills or factors other than a product defect, are also excluded hereunder and will void this warranty. This warranty does not provide coverage and will become void if damage is caused by acts of nature including but not limited to fire, flood, or lightning damage or for damage caused by power surges. Changes in barometric pressure or environmental temperature can impact the feel of your Smart Bed and may require you to occasionally adjust your Smart Control system to return to your preferred Sleep Number^® setting. This is normal, is a function of the environment and does not reflect any defect in the product. Consequently, this warranty will not cover claims caused by changes in barometric pressure.

For split king and FlexTop king mattresses, the full or partial “split” between the two halves of the mattress is necessary for independent movement. A widening of this split may occur over time and is normal, depending on your use of the Smart Bed and does not reflect any defect in the product. Consequently, this warranty will not cover claims related to the normal widening of the split.

This warranty excludes claims related to access and use of SleepIQ^® services. This warranty also excludes any claims regarding connectivity, compatible device or communication protocol issues that are not related to defects in materials or workmanship with the Smart Bed or Base. Any claims related to the SleepIQ^® services are governed by a separate SleepIQ User Agreement. This warranty also excludes claims related to any Sleep Number^® smart remote control(s) that may have been optionally purchased at any time. Any claims related to a Sleep Number^® smart remote control are governed by a separate warranty applicable to such purchase.

What must I do to keep the warranty in effect?

Keep your original receipt.

You may be required to provide the original receipt at the time of any warranty claim. If you are unable to provide the original receipt, you may be required to provide other verification details, including the name and delivery address of the original purchaser and the date of the original purchase.

Use an appropriate foundation.

Your Smart Bed is designed to work on a firm, solid, non-spring foundation, our Integrated Base or Adjustable Base, or another bed base that is sufficiently strong and stable so as being capable of supporting the weight of the Smart Bed and its occupants. Failure to use an appropriate foundation will void the warranty on your Smart Bed.

Do not remove the law label.

Do not remove the law label attached to your Smart Bed. This label identifies your Smart Bed as being a genuine Smart Bed and may be required to establish warranty coverage.

Keep the product in a sanitary condition.

This warranty shall not apply to any product or part found to be in an unreasonably unsanitary condition. A product is in an unreasonably unsanitary condition if it is so pervasively soiled that an inspection is unable to be conducted due to the presence of body fluids, blood borne pathogens, insects or other substances that otherwise suggest that the product has been subjected to misuse or abuse beyond ordinary wear and tear.

What is the warranty on repaired or replaced products or parts?

Sleep Number warrants certain replacement bed parts under a separate Replacement Parts 1-Year Full Warranty. Other than the Replacement Parts 1-Year Full Warranty, no new warranty is provided with any product or any part that is repaired or replaced under this warranty, and the Replacement Parts 1-Year Full Warranty does not alter this warranty, including but not limited to the calculation of the prorated warranty coverage periods as set forth above, which continue concurrently with any other applicable warranty and will not be reset, suspended or tolled. After the term of the Replacement Parts 1-Year Full Warranty, covered replacement bed parts are subject to the remaining warranty coverage, if any, applicable to your original purchase, and you are responsible for the full or prorated cost of any subsequent product or parts as set forth above in the warranty coverage calculation chart.

In Sleep Number’s sole discretion, any product or part requiring service or replacement under this warranty must either: (i) be returned to Sleep Number with a Return Service Order obtained through Customer Service to receive warranty service or replacement; or (ii) be made available to Sleep Number technicians for warranty service or replacement at the customer’s home. If you receive warranty service or replacement but fail to return any replaced part or product to us or fail to make your product reasonably available for service, further warranty coverage may be suspended.

Where does this warranty apply?

Sleep Number Corporation (“Sleep Number”) warrants certain of its mattresses and non-adjustable integrated bases against defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for a total period of fifteen (15) years from the date of original purchase consisting of a Full Warranty during the “First Warranty Year” (the time period between the original purchase date up to, but not including, the first anniversary of the original purchase date) and a Limited Warranty thereafter. This warranty extends to all Sleep Number 360^® smart bed mattresses (“360Smart Beds”) and Sleep Number 360^® integrated bases (“Integrated Bases”) purchased after March 28, 2020. If your claim occurs during the First Warranty Year, we will incur both the cost of returning the warrantied product or part back to us or to you, as well as the cost associated with the transportation, inspection, removal or installation of the warrantied product or part. At no time will we be responsible for any incidental expenses or costs incurred by you related to or arising from warranted defects in or the performance of the 360 Smart Bed or Integrated Base. If your claim occurs after the First Warranty Year, shipping of products or parts related to your covered warranty claim will be at your expense in both directions and the warranty will not provide coverage for the cost associated with the transportation, inspection, removal or installation of any product or parts. What claims are excluded from this warranty?

Your warranty excludes claims for conditions arising from normal wear and tear including but not limited to 360 Smart Bed cover compression, foam compression, discoloration of parts or normal body indentations. This warranty does not provide coverage for claims related to comfort preference (e.g., “The bed feels too hard/soft”). Damage caused by self-repair, using third-party parts, or from third-party repair services is excluded hereunder and will void this warranty. Damage caused by using the product in any manner that is inconsistent with applicable owner’s guides, user manuals or other operational instructions or from laundering or dry-cleaning the product or any part thereof as well as damage caused by misuse or abuse including but not limited to stains, soil, burns, cuts, tears, or spills or factors other than a product defect, are also excluded hereunder and will void this warranty. This warranty does not provide coverage and will become void if damage is caused by acts of nature including but not limited to fire, flood, or lightning damage or for damage caused by power surges. Changes in barometric pressure or environmental temperature can impact the feel of your 360 Smart Bed and may require you to occasionally adjust your Firmness Control™ system or Smart Control system to return to your preferred Sleep Number^® setting. LIMITED AND PRORATED 15-YEAR PARTS WARRANTY

Leggett & Platt, Incorporated (“L&P”) provides the following warranty to the individual who is the purchaser of the new and unused Sleep Number adjustable base containing L&P components (the “adjustable base”), subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. This warranty begins on the “warranty commencement date” which is the date of purchase of the new unused adjustable base by the original retail purchaser. As used in this warranty, “new and unused” means an adjustable base that is purchased new in the box, and that has not been refurbished, used as a floor or display model, or otherwise been used prior to purchase by the individual to whom this warranty is made.

Full One Year Warranty

The L&P components of this adjustable base are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials caused by L&P or its suppliers, for a period of one (1) year from the warranty commencement date. Upon receipt of notice by L&P from the purchaser during the first one (1) year after the warranty commencement date, L&P at its option will either repair or replace (at no cost to purchaser) any component that L&P determines to be defective because of a breach of this warranty. L&P will pay all labor and transportation costs then authorized in writing by L&P in advance for the repair or replacement of such component.

Limited and Prorated 15-Year Parts Warranty

During the second (2nd) through fifteenth (15th) year from the warranty commencement date, upon L&P receipt of notice from the purchaser during the 2nd through 15th years after the warranty commencement date, as to any L&P component that is determined by L&P to have a defect in workmanship or materials caused by L&P or its suppliers, L&P at its option will provide one of the following remedies to the purchaser, subject in each case to purchaser’s payment to L&P of the “prorated price” (as hereinafter defined) for the replacement component:

Example: If L&P receives notice of a valid warranty claim during the 4th year after the warranty commencement date, and if L&P’s retail price for a replacement component is $200, then the price L&P would charge to the purchaser for the replacement component would be $90 (which is 45% of $200) plus applicable taxes, shipping, handling, and administrative fees, and freight charges for return of the defective component and delivery of the replacement component. Again, the purchaser would also be responsible for all labor and other services for removing the defective component and installing the replacement component.

If the same or functionally equivalent replacement component is not available, or if L&P otherwise determines for any reason in its discretion that it will not sell or provide such replacement component, then L&P may provide an alternative remedy that L&P determines would have comparable value to the consumer, including but not limited to one of the following:
\n
(a) Offer to the purchaser other components, mechanisms, or modifications that would allow the purchaser to continue to use the adjustable base, at prorated prices comparable to those in the table above, plus taxes and the other fees and charges, including shipping, handling, freight, labor, and service fees as referenced above; or
\n
(b) If due to changes in technology, unavailability of electronic components, or other factor beyond the reasonable control of L&P, then L&P’s obligation is limited to restoring the base functionality of the adjustable base, which may require a new control system and may not include integration with the air pump or other Sleep Number technology; or
\n
(c) L&P may elect to pay to the purchaser a partial refund amount for the defective component, equal to L&P’s then current price for such component, less the prorated amount (determined in accordance with the table above) that the purchaser would have paid to L&P for such component.

Additional Terms and Conditions

This warranty does not cover or apply: (a) to any damage caused by the purchaser or any person other than L&P; (b) if there has been any repair, modification, or replacement of the adjustable base or any components not authorized by L&P or performed by any person not qualified to make such repairs or replacements; (c) if the adjustable base or any component has been mishandled (whether in transit or by any other means), subjected to physical or electrical abuse or misuse, or otherwise operated or maintained in any manner inconsistent with the operation and maintenance procedures outlined in this document or provided by L&P or Sleep Number with the adjustable base; (d) to any damage caused by acts of God or nature, or by accidents or casualty events, including but not limited to damage by lightning, floods, windstorms, fire, earthquake, or the like, or by the fault, negligence, acts, or omissions of purchaser or any person other than L&P; (e) to any damage to mattresses, fabric, cables, electrical cords, or items or components supplied by dealers or persons other than L&P (contact the dealer for warranty information, if any, on these other items or components); (f) if there has been any modification of the adjustable base or any component without the prior written consent of L&P; (g) costs for unnecessary service costs, including costs for in-home service calls solely for the purpose of educating the purchaser or user about the adjustable base or finding an unsatisfactory power connection or other issue not caused by a component that is defective because of a breach of this warranty; or (h) if the recommended weight restriction is not followed (including any restriction in manuals, advisories, or instructions provided by L&P or Sleep Number), and in the event of such weight restriction is exceeded then this warranty will be void.

Repairs to or replacement of an adjustable base or its components under the terms of this limited warranty will apply to the original warranty period and will not serve to extend such period. The decision to repair or to supply replacement components, or any other remedy, will not serve to extend such period.

The decision to repair or to replace defective components under this warranty, or to provide a partial refund or any other remedy, shall be made, or cause to be made, by L&P at its option and in its sole discretion, to the extent allowed by applicable law.

Any remedy specified in this warranty (including repair or replacement) shall, to the extent permitted by applicable law, be the sole remedy of the purchaser. To the extent permitted by applicable law, L&P will have no liability for any other remedy or for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any other damage, claim, or loss not expressly covered by the terms of this warranty.

This warranty does not include reimbursement for inconvenience, removal, installation, setup time, loss of use, shipping, or any other costs or expenses, other than the labor and shipping costs specifically referenced in the “Full One Year Warranty” section above for repairs or replacements for defective components during the first year after the warranty commencement date. L&P and its service technicians will not be responsible for moving furniture or any other items not attached to the adjustable base in order to perform service on the adjustable base or any component.

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to provide adequate space and accessibility to the adjustable base. In the event that the technician is unable to perform service due to lack of accessibility, the service call will be billed to the purchaser and the service will have to be rescheduled.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, L&P MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY WHATEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING FOR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OF PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS DOCUMENT, OR TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW SUCH DISCLAIMER AND EXCLUSION, ARE LIMITED TO THE WARRANTY PERIODS STATED FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES IN THIS DOCUMENT.

The warranties set forth in this document are provided only to the original retail purchaser of the adjustable base to the extent permitted by applicable law. Further, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the limited 15-year warranty set forth above is not assignable or transferable to any other person or any subsequent buyer, owner, or user of the adjustable base.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion of such damages may not apply to every purchaser.

This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights, and the purchaser may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state. This warranty is valid in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
